FELLOWSHIP

The St. John’s Singles group welcomes new members who are single, single again, widowed, separated and divorced.

 The next meeting of the group is on: Tuesday January 10, at 7 p.m., at the Wilde Lake Interfaith Center on Trumpeter Road in Columbia, MD. Our topic for the January meeting is:  “Self Care”.

 During January every year many of us make New Year’s resolutions. Of the billions of people on our planet, YOU are the ONLY person who experiences and knows your reality and what you really need to work on, from the inside out. No one else knows what’s “best” for you.  YOU have the primary responsibility to take care of yourself.  A lack of “self care” can lead to imbalance and discord within your SELF.  Come and explore strategies for healthy “self care” so you can enjoy a sense of well-being, joy and peace within, throughout the New Year.
